Trade Prevention Software
The market doesn't beat traders. Traders beat themselves.
Every night, Trade Engine scans thousands of option contracts across your watchlist. It queues only the few that pass. Then at market open, it checks again—and blocks half of those. For every trade you make, there's one you almost made that we stopped.
- EOD: Scan → Queue the best
- Open: Validate → Execute or block
- Every rejection explained
The Problem
You already know this.
You've read the books. You know the Greeks. You understand position sizing. And you still make the trade at 11pm that wipes out the week.
The problem isn't knowledge.
It's you at 3am after futures look scary. You after a three-trade losing streak. You when FOMO hits and "just this once" feels justified.
Your strategy isn't broken.
Your execution is human. The thesis was sound. The math was right. Until the fear kicked in.
Discipline is finite.
You can't white-knuckle your way to consistency. The traders who win long-term aren't more disciplined—they built systems that don't require it.
The Solution
What if your best trading day was every day?
Trade Engine doesn't help you trade more. It helps you trade less. Every feature asks one question: "Will this prevent a bad trade?"
The Nightly Scan
After market close, Trade Engine analyzes every option contract in your universe—often 1,000+ per account. It filters by delta, liquidity, spread width, position sizing, and sector exposure. What survives gets queued for tomorrow.
The Morning Gate
Markets change overnight. At the open, every queued trade is re-validated: Did the spread widen? Did volatility spike? Does this still fit your risk profile? If not, it doesn't execute—even if it looked perfect last night.
The Result
From 1,000+ candidates to ~12 queued to ~6 executed per week. Half your trades don't happen. Some would have been fine. Some would have hurt. The system doesn't guess—it applies the rules you set when you were thinking clearly.
The Reasoning
Every rejection includes a plain-language explanation. "Blocked: Spread widened to 8% overnight (limit: 5%)." or "Blocked: Would exceed sector cap—tech already at 45%." No black boxes.
How It Works
Two passes. Zero impulse trades.
The system runs when markets are closed and you can't intervene. By the time you wake up, the decisions are made.
4:30 PM ET: End-of-day analysis
After close, Trade Engine scans your watchlist. For each symbol, it evaluates hundreds of option contracts—different strikes, expirations, strategies. Most are rejected instantly (wrong delta, illiquid, bad spread). The survivors get queued.
9:45 AM ET: Morning validation
Markets opened. Conditions changed. Each queued trade is re-checked: Is the spread still tight? Did volatility spike? Does this still fit your risk limits? If anything fails, the trade is blocked—with a reason logged.
Execution or block
Trades that pass both gates execute automatically. About half don't make it. You see both: what executed and what was stopped. Every decision is explained.
Ongoing: Position monitoring
Open positions are watched throughout the day. Profit targets and stop-losses trigger automatically. Weekly reflections review what worked.
The 30-Day Challenge
Don't trust us. Trust your own data.
Run Trade Engine in paper mode for 30 days. Watch the nightly scans, the morning gates, the blocked trades. See the reasoning for every decision. After 30 days, you'll know exactly what the system would have done with your capital—without risking a dollar.
See It Work
Watch the filter in action.
See real decisions: what passed, what was rejected, and exactly why.
Built for Skeptics
You should have questions. Here are answers.
What if the system makes a bad trade?
You can override any rejection. But we track overrides separately. After 30 days, you'll see whether your "gut feel" outperformed our math. Most users stop overriding within 60 days.
How is this different from other algo trading?
Most algos try to find winning trades. We try to prevent losing ones. The math is similar. The philosophy is opposite. We succeed when you do nothing.
What if I want to stop?
Kill switch. One tap. Pauses everything instantly. Works from any device. Your positions, your control, always.
Do you touch my money?
Never. Schwab holds your funds. We connect via API to place trades. We cannot withdraw. Your broker, your protection.
How do I know it's working?
Every decision is logged with plain-language reasoning. You can download the full audit trail anytime. No black boxes.
What's the catch?
Paper mode is free forever. If you go live, there's a subscription. But you'll have 30-90 days of your own data before you decide. We earn trust before we earn money.
The Philosophy
Trading isn't about being right. It's about being consistent.
The best traders spend 95% of their time doing nothing. Not because they're lazy—because they've learned that not trading IS the trade.
Institutional Math
Kelly Criterion position sizing. Sector correlation limits. IV regime detection. Delta-neutral awareness. The same math Wall Street uses—without the $500K/year quant.
Human-Readable Reasoning
Every rejection explains itself. "Rejected: Spread too wide (3.2% vs 2% limit)." No mysterious algorithms. If you can't explain it, you shouldn't trust it.
Continuous Learning
Weekly reflections analyze what worked and what didn't. The system proposes adjustments. You approve all changes. Structured self-improvement with full audit trail.
Our north star isn't trades executed—it's bad trades prevented.
This isn't automation replacing judgment. It's automation protecting judgment—executing your strategy with the discipline you designed it for.
